Phase 1: Blueprint Build (10 mins)
Teams receive structure plans and eco-materials. Captain & Vice-Captain are selected. Strategy begins.
Phase 2: The Great Switch (15 mins in)
Teams swap stations and must continue each other's builds — no instructions allowed. Adapt or collapse.
Phase 3: Leadership Shuffle
(10 mins later)
Captains & Vice-Captains switch teams. Now leading strangers through an unfamiliar mission.
Phase 4: Final Countdown
(Last 10 mins)
All teams race to finish. Judged on creativity, teamwork, accuracy, and structure stability.
