Artist terms & conditions

You (or your representative) may provide showreels, stills, biographies, repertoire notes, and technical details. Our team may review materials for clarity, production suitability, and consistency with how Showmaker Events presents talent to enterprise buyers.

We might suggest light edits — tighter copy, safer file naming, or thumbnail crops — before publication. Where you ask us to help format or upload assets, that assistance is administrative only and does not transfer ownership or creative control to us.

You remain the owner of your submitted content, including photographs, footage, audio, and written descriptions, except where third-party rights are clearly credited per your instructions.

ShowMaker Enterprise does not claim copyright over your materials. By submitting them, you grant Showmaker Events a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to host, reproduce, and display that content solely to market your act, respond to client enquiries, and operate the Platform — not for unrelated products or resale of your assets.

Approved profiles may appear on paths such as /artists and category or location views we maintain. From time to time we apply an internal quality signal (based on materials supplied and, where applicable, delivery feedback from past engagements with us).

Any internal rating is subjective and non-binding. It is not an endorsement, certification, league table, or guarantee of future bookings.

Profiles are shown to corporate buyers for information and enquiry purposes. Showmaker Events does not guarantee impressions, leads, shortlists, or confirmed engagements.

When a client expresses interest, our bookings team will usually reach you (or your representative) to confirm availability, repertoire, and commercial terms. You remain free to decline any opportunity; there is no obligation to accept a brief simply because it was introduced via the Platform.

Listing with Showmaker Events is non-exclusive. You may work with other agencies, bureaus, or platforms unless you have signed a separate written exclusivity agreement with us that expressly says otherwise.

Nothing in this Agreement makes Showmaker Events your exclusive representative, manager, or agent — again, except where a distinct contract states that in clear terms.

You are responsible for keeping performance descriptions, fee bands (if published), travel limits, and safety notes accurate. Outdated technical specs can disrupt live shows; please flag material changes promptly.

To amend or remove your profile, email hola@showmaker.in from an address we recognise on file. We will action reasonable requests within a commercially practicable timeframe.

Showmaker Events will not describe you as exclusively signed, managed, or “house talent” unless a written agreement says so. Directory pages are formatted for corporate discovery, not to imply formal partnership beyond the fact of listing.

Where we feature you in pitch decks, sizzle reels, or anonymised capability decks for clients, we will align usage with the display licence in section 3 and seek additional consent if we ever propose something beyond ordinary roster marketing.

You confirm that content you supply is either owned by you or licensed to you with rights sufficient for us to exercise the display licence above. You will not upload material that infringes intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShowMaker Enterprise, Showmaker Events, and their personnel from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from breach of these representations, misuse of third-party content, or misstatement of your credentials.
