How ShowMaker Enterprise (trading as Showmaker Events) handles information when you engage us for corporate events, offsites, MICE, team experiences, and related services in India and abroad.

This Privacy Policy explains how ShowMaker Enterprise (“we”, “us”, “Showmaker”), trading as Showmaker Events, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information — including Personal Information — when we deliver corporate offsites, MICE, conferences, team building and AI-led experiences, artist bookings, and related Services for clients and their participants. Our registered business address is 2, 2nd main 8th anepalaya, Bengaluru — 560030, Karnataka, India.

Section 1Overview & definitions

We respect your privacy and process information in line with applicable laws in India and, where relevant, the requirements of the jurisdictions in which we operate or where you instruct us to deliver work.

“Personal Information” means information that identifies an individual or could reasonably be used to contact or distinguish them — for example name, job title, company, work email, phone number, billing or venue addresses, emergency contact where you supply it, and voluntary details such as dietary needs, accessibility preferences, or clothing sizes when they are needed to run your programme safely and comfortably.

Section 2How we may use your information

We use information only for legitimate business purposes and where permitted by law — including to plan, price, contract, insure, and deliver the Services you request.

  • Client & participant communications — responding to enquiries, preparing proposals, confirming bookings, coordinating logistics, processing invoices and payments, and providing customer support before, during, and after your event.
  • Service delivery — enabling access to venues, formats, technology partners, artists, facilitators, or digital tools that form part of your agreed scope.
  • Quality & insight — understanding how programmes and touchpoints are used, in aggregate and where appropriate at account level, to improve safety, flow, content, and reporting for enterprise clients.
  • Marketing & feedback — sending service-related notices and, where allowed by law or your preferences, invitations, newsletters, promotions, or satisfaction surveys about Showmaker offerings. You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications where applicable.

Section 3How we share your information

We are not in the business of selling Personal Information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing.

  • Affiliates & group companies — where they support delivery, finance, technology, or governance under the same standards we apply to our own teams.
  • Partners on our instructions — such as venues, production, transport, insurance, survey tools, or specialist suppliers who need limited data to perform a defined task (for example rooming lists, AV requirements, or badge printing). They may only use the information to perform that task for Showmaker and your programme — not for unrelated purposes — and we expect appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Section 4Contact, rights & updates

For privacy questions, data-access or correction requests we can reasonably fulfil, or to raise a concern about how we handle information, write to hola@showmaker.in. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. When we make material updates, we will adjust the Last updated date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through your usual Showmaker contact or email.
