Business Objective & Strategic Intent

Every element of this case study is mapped to a clear business outcome, not just event execution.

Schneider Electric wanted a team-building experience that went beyond traditional activities. The objective was to create an engaging, collaborative session that encouraged participation while connecting with one of the company's key areas of focus—Artificial Intelligence. Rather than organizing another routine team-building program, the goal was to design an experience that combined teamwork, technology, and experiential learning in a way that felt relevant, enjoyable, and memorable. At Showmaker, we believe the best corporate experiences don't simply entertain—they create meaningful connections between people and the organization's goals. For Schneider Electric's offsite at The Serai, Chikmagalur, we designed an AI-powered team-building experience that blended collaboration, creativity, and technology into one immersive journey. Instead of learning about AI through presentations, participants experienced AI-inspired concepts through interactive challenges that encouraged communication, teamwork, and collective problem-solving.

Key Objective Priorities

  • Encourage active participation
  • Strengthen collaboration
  • Create meaningful engagement
  • Introduce AI through experiential learning
  • Deliver fun with learning

The Challenge

Corporate teams today have participated in countless team-building activities. Creating something memorable requires more than introducing new games. The experience needed to feel relevant to Schneider Electric's innovative culture while encouraging every participant to actively contribute throughout the session. The challenge wasn't simply to entertain—it was to create an experience that reflected the organization's mindset while bringing people together through collaboration and participation.

Execution

Execution Framework & On-Ground Delivery

From the opening briefing to the final reflection, every stage of the experience was facilitated to maintain momentum, encourage participation, and create an environment where everyone felt involved. Our focus wasn't simply delivering activities—it was designing an experience that people would genuinely remember.

1Immersive Facilitation

Our facilitators guided participants through every stage of the experience while maintaining energy, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring smooth transitions between activities.

Client feedback

5.0 Client Rating
We've been through a lot of team building activities, but what was different with them is that it was engaging, super experiential, and it was very relevant to what we're working on, which is AI. I would strongly recommend you guys try out the events from Showmakers, specifically the one which involves technology. It's fun, plus learning.
